BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS

Morning and After School Care  students participate in various programming that is run by our highly qualified staff.

Morning Care (8:00am-8:40am) – Complimentary/Drop-In

After School Care (3:30pm-5:30pm) – Monthly fee and pre-registration required

NEW Registration Procedure:

In order to streamline our registration process, we are now using the Brightwheel App.  Full information can be found using the link below:

• Parents with an existing Brightwheel account will be prompted to sign in and complete the forms.
• Parents new to Brightwheel will be prompted to create an account before completing the forms.
• A separate registration must be completed for each child. If you are registering more than one child, return to the link for each additional child.
• After approval, you will receive a PAD Agreement Form by e-mail to finalize enrollment

After school care handbook will be out shortly.

After school care is provided until 5:30PM only on days when school is in session. There will be
NO after school care on the days listed below:

• Monday, September 22, 2025 (Early dismissal for Erev Rosh Hashana at 11:45AM)
• Wednesday, October 1, 2025 (Early dismissal for Erev Yom Kippur at 11:45AM)
• Tuesday, March 3, 2026 (Early dismissal for Purim at 11:45AM)
• Wednesday, June 24, 2026 (Early dismissal for Summer Break at 11:45AM)

We are thrilled to continue to be a part of the B.C. government’s CCFRI (Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative) for reduced fees.

Full Time Fees:
Kindergarten – $190/month
Grades 1-7 – $220/month

Drop In Fees:
Kindergarten: $9.50
Grades 1-7: $11
